I'm Camilo Moreno Bejarano — a Growth Marketer and Paid Media Specialist from Villavicencio, Colombia. Business Administrator from Universidad de Los Andes, with 7+ years turning marketing spend into measurable revenue.
I grew up in a family deeply connected to technology — my father built a software company, and that world became mine too. Marketing digital found me at 20, and I never looked back.
I'm passionate about building systems that generate real, measurable results — not vanity metrics. Every campaign I run, every funnel I build, is designed to move the needle in a meaningful way.

My story
From Villavicencio to the global digital arena
It started in 2018, when I was 20 years old. I took my first digital marketing course and something clicked. I realized that the intersection of creativity, data and technology was where I wanted to build my career.
My father has always been my biggest inspiration. He built a software company from scratch — and growing up around that entrepreneurial mindset shaped everything about how I think about business, strategy and execution.
I studied Business Administration at Universidad de Los Andes — one of Colombia's top universities — where I focused entirely on marketing. But my real education happened in the field: running campaigns, analyzing data, building systems, and delivering results for real businesses.
I also discovered I love teaching. I've taught Digital Marketing classes multiple times — and I still consider it one of my favorite things to do. There's something about sharing knowledge that energizes me in a way few things do.

Football is my therapy. Playing, training, and watching Barça teaches me about teamwork, strategy and never giving up — lessons I bring to everything I do.
Music & guitar
I play guitar and music is a big part of my life. It's where I disconnect, recharge and find that creative energy that also flows into my work.
Balú, my border collie
My dog Balú is a border collie — one of the smartest breeds out there. Just like a good marketing strategy, he keeps me on my toes every single day.

Family first, always
I come from a very close-knit family from Villavicencio, Colombia. My parents and my two brothers are my foundation — the people who shaped who I am, what I value, and how I show up in the world.
My parents are two of my greatest role models — entrepreneurs who built an education institution from the ground up. From my father I inherited the passion for technology and software; from my mother, the courage, commitment, and strategic vision to give everything for what you build. That entrepreneurial spirit runs in my blood and fuels everything I do professionally.
Growing up in a family where values like honesty, hard work, and solidarity were lived — not just talked about — gave me a foundation that no university or certification could ever replace.
No matter how far work takes me — whether I'm managing campaigns for brands in the US, Australia, or anywhere else — home and family always come first.
